We went down the list and I was perfectly normal in every category&#8230; checking off the list&#8230; no viral infection at all (I had thought maybe I had mono)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>wait&#8230; what is this one&#8230; right at the end&#8230;the very last one&#8230; TSH levels are low.  What does that mean?<\/p>\n<p>Apparently it means my thyroid gland is overproducing the hormone T3.  A condition called Hyperthyroidism.  They are giving me an ultrasound on my neck Tuesday to look for a tumor or enlargement of the thyroid &#8211; and then they&#8217;ll give me an &#8220;iodine test&#8221; to test the functioning of my thyroid gland.  <\/p>\n<p>I was telling one of my very good friends this news today and he told me that he was let go at his job this morning.<\/p>\n<p>We all must have a really bright future to go through such tough times right now&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday I got my blood test results back.
