Over the last week I’ve been diligently working away to downsize my mp3 collection. Over the years I’ve managed to collect multiple files of the same songs, entire albums I don’t really listen to or want (i.e. – where the HELL did I get that horrible hoobastank “the reason” song? I HATE that song!).<\/p>\n
I started off with this last weekend with:<\/p>\n
66.2GB of mp3s
\n18,825 mp3s<\/p>\n
And after probably 18 hours of editing, searching and collating over two weekends it has come down to:<\/p>\n
43.8GB of mp3s
\n13,182 mp3s<\/p>\n
That is a difference of 22.4 GB and 5,643 songs.<\/p>\n
