Part 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So this is shaping up to be the weirdest birthday.\u00a0 Since my birthday technically isn&#8217;t for another three days I&#8217;m going to chop this up into parts in case anything else strange happens.<\/p>\n<p>Part one involves a rather large styrofoam package being delivered to my office:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"uh-oh, sislers...\" src=\"http:\/\/lh4.ggpht.com\/_ft-qCjvrMks\/Sl7E4fvEl5I\/AAAAAAAAAak\/Q3Nt4YR_i0o\/s800\/momgift-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Upon opening&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"opening\" src=\"http:\/\/lh5.ggpht.com\/_ft-qCjvrMks\/Sl7E4CRauMI\/AAAAAAAAAag\/83mp6V5tejI\/s800\/momgift-002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And finally, contents are revealed:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"cheese and meat\" src=\"http:\/\/lh4.ggpht.com\/_ft-qCjvrMks\/Sl7E3sv3DyI\/AAAAAAAAAac\/T_wq3V2D57Y\/s800\/momgift-003.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One very large cheese wheel, two &#8220;Trail Bologna&#8221; packs and two reusable freezer pack things.<\/p>\n<p>Gotta hand it to my mom for always doing something&#8230;.different.\u00a0 Now the race is on to devour the bologna before it out dates on May 11th.\u00a0 I have a feeling I have less time than that as it starts to harden up once the package is opened &#8211; and since it hasn&#8217;t been properly refrigerated for the past couple days on its journey that probably shortens my time even more.\u00a0 I think I&#8217;m going to have to enlist some help.\u00a0 The cheese faces similar problems &#8211; as mold begins as soon as the package is popped, and a chunk that big would ordinarily take me a month or two to work through.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll have to make some Alfredo pasta or something this weekend&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>thanks, mom!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So this is shaping up to be the weirdest birthday.\u00a0 Since my birthday technically isn&#8217;t for another three days I&#8217;m going to chop this up into parts in case anything else strange happens.
