A man was killed on Glendale Blvd. last \u00a0night at the same “intersection” that I ran across Thursday night. \u00a0You see, I originally walked to the EchoPlex, when I really needed to be at The Echo. \u00a0So, I had to cross the street in that crosswalk that runs underneath the Sunset overpass. \u00a0This is exactly where this guy was killed, and this underpass was named one of the most dangerous crosswalks in Los Angeles (before this accident). \u00a0I remember crossing the street and thinking “damn, people drive fast on this street, is there really no light?” \u00a0Then I remember running up the steps to Sunset and thinking “ew, this smells like piss.”<\/p>\n
