Last night I met up with two friends/clients at Shamshiri for dinner. As it turns out, on fridays and mondays Shamshiri offers lamb neck. I had to try it. It was mostly like the lamb leg, but even more sweet and tender. We all wondered what the difference between lamb and sheep was, so we looked it up – and it turns out I was eating baby sheep. If only I could have had it stuffed in veal (sigh)….
