I found this story recently. I can’t believe they are countersuing for the cost of a new dog.
Does this mean if I put my car in neutral and shove it out into the highway each and every driver that smashes into it has get together and buy ME a new car? what the hell?!
do you OWN the dog? If you OWN the dog, you are RESPONSIBLE for it. It isn’t my job to look out for YOUR property while driving on a public road. If this was in their driveway this would be a different story entirely.
And yes, I also side with the police officer in the local SoCal “cruel dog killing” case (if he was bit, about which there are conflicting reports…). If your dog bites me I’m going to smash its brains in! Happy holidays!
