Sunday started off bright and early with a visit from Victor and an electrician like this electrician in Merced, CA. The electrician looked at all the outlets/switches to try to determine the problem. At first he was telling me that the outlets worked and that my tv was broken (it wasn’t). Next he kept telling me that I had a chore. Turns out he meant “short” and an hour later he fixed the problem by twisting together the neutral and ground (?) wires here that were previously separately capped.
By 9am my electricity was back on and my bank account was three digits lighter.
Victor and I played a game of chess and then went to Stoney Point.
Later Sam brought over some stew, I played another game of chess and then we went to home depot to try to find a storage method for my canvases, which is starting to be a bit of a problem. We didn’t find anything, and I think I’m going to have to look at store supply – stores. Either that or hire a carpenter to custom design something like they do in art school classrooms.
