Before the game yesterday Cindy beat me up with her kettlebells. It is much harder than it looks. Just whipping the bells around so they don’t bang into your wrist on a snatch (or is it a jerk?) is tough enough. After everything was said and done she then made me march back and forth up and down the dojo holding the bell over my head.
Today my legs and back are more sore than they’ve been in a long time.
Not as sore as my Ohio pride though……
(the last time we lost this many high profile games in a row the coach got fired, but then those games were all against michigan…)
