Today I woke up at 7 to go to the City of Hope Cancer Walk. We eventually got there and parked in the giant dirt parking lot owned by Waste Management somewhere in the middle of the industrial area of the San Gabriel Valley. One shuttle later we were at the “campus” of City of Hope. The 5k walk consisted of walking around the parking lots and internal streets of the “campus.” Not exactly the most beatific location I’ve ever seen, but I suppose it was for a good cause.
The road above the path is the 210 freeway.
You’re always out doing stuff. I hope you realize that having children severely limits one’s ability to “do stuff”. lol. If and when you have some kids, I expect your life to become very dull, or like any other parent’s life–revolving around the kids.
Yes, but raising a child to fruition (to be a good person/citizen and a contributor to society) is a noble cause. And from what I’ve heard it is anything but dull.
Word.
