Did anyone else ever notice that Nick Drake ripped off Judy Collins?
By the looks of the YouTube one would think that it was the other way around – but I believe “Suzanne” was first released in 1966 (NOT 1972). Fly was released in 1970. You only have to listen to the first few bars of each song to see how similar they are.
